Can’t remember a screen number in GATA (a.k.a. NERDC)? Try typing a key word into the “GATA AID:” field on any menu screen and hit enter.

Need a student’s Gatorlink email address in a hurry? Type “S21” (no quotes) in the Jump key field of ISISAdmin, and enter the student’s UFID. The email displays on this page.

Have a student name, but need a UFID? Go to the Student Tab in ISISAdmin, and click “Name Browse” under the Status/Student Status folder. Or just type SBRW into the Jump field.

Here’s a NERDC tip for you: Working on two screens in GATA and keep having to go back and forth? Try typing “R” (without quotes) in the select field and GATA will take you to the previous screen you were on.

Did you know that you can personalize ISISAdmin? On the Administrative Tab, at the bottom of the menu items, is a folder called “Personalize” which allows you to tailor your “My Tab” with the most common features that you use in ISISAdmin. This frees you from having to remember which tab a particular application is on. You can also personalize which application comes up first when you sign in to ISISAdmin.

Did you know that if you place your cursor over certain links in the left column when you look at students’ records on ISIS Admin that a corresponding jump key will pop up? You can type that letter/number combination in the “JUMP” field on the top left side of the screen and jump directly to that screen from anywhere within ISISAdmin without having to click on the menu item.
